I had tried all the other products, nasal strips, mouth tapes, these failed! This product has worked so far. I have occasional snoring, but nothing like I had before. The mouth piece can come out of my mouth at night, so I just put it back in. It is very comfortable. It seems expensive, but you don’t have to keep buying boxes of nasal strips that don’t work. Once you put it in your mouth you go to sleep. No talking. So far, it has helped my husband and I sleep at night. He has had no complaints of my snoring. I was evaluated for sleep apnea and I do not have. I am a very thin person who has loud snoring so this has really helped.

I've used for about 3 or 4 years. My wife describes this as a "game changer" regarding my snoring. However, I broke my recently (my fault...I was slinging water off it and accidently let it go and slammed it on the floor!). When I replaced it I inadvertently ordered the new smaller size for women. The smaller size, even when set aggressively, DOES NOT work for me. Oops. Standard size ordered. So just be aware that there are two sizes now especially if you haven't ordered one in a while like me.

I was really hoping it would work and haven't totally given up. The device was easy to install (pinch the cavity and let the tongue get sucked up) to pull the tongue forward. Unfortunately, after two hours of sleeping wake up with a pinch of my tongue or chewing on my teeth. I found that wearing my nightguard helped. I explained to the snoreshield folks that for personal reasons my wife had to leave the country and I didn't have anyone to tell me if the snoring stopped. She returned and then had to leave again and they totally worked with me as the trial period ended and they gave me another month and then some. My money was reimbursed without question. I'm sure this device will work for some.

I've been using a CPAP machine for about three years now (hate it!!) and during a routine appointment with my ENT, I saw a PA instead of my doctor. She mentioned to me that with my diagnosed Obstructive Sleep Apnea, I was a good candidate for an oral appliance. The adjustable appliance they use is not Medicare reimbursable, and the cash price is $2100!! I said "thank you" and started searching for a good substitute. I found this adjustable appliance and ordered one. It works great and as you can see, it's much less than the ridiculous OSA appliance. I assume that one reason for the high price is that it is approved for OSA patients. Yes, I'm being generous. This device actually appears superior to the "approved" device and at this price I'll be replacing it whenever it is even slightly worn or covered with scale. I am very happy with this new snore device from . It seems to be working fine. It was easy to fit to my mouth, and the device is not too big and bulky. I have a small mouth and can actually close my mouth at night. I feel more rested, so I know it's working. I haven't had to adjust it from the initial setting but can easily if needed. I paid for this through my HSA account. I recommend you trying this one if you've tried others and they were too big and uncomfortable.

My husband is bone thin but has had sleep apnea with house-rattling snoring for decades. It's important to realize there are different causes of sleep apnea. Many people might benefit from an oral appliance, but not all will. He's had appliances made by an oral surgeon that cost about $700 each, but because they worked well we were happy to pay it. Each would last 4-5 years. They pull his lower jaw forward like this one. They all had a tool to adjust it like this one. We recently tried the when his custom appliance broke; we chose it because it seems similar to his others. After 2 weeks of use, he is sleeping well and I can testify he is not snoring, even sleeping on his back. He said is actually a bit more comfortable than his expensive ones. We have now purchased a second one to use at our cottage so he doesn't have to carry it back and forth.

We’ve been using this for years now. Before this I was ready for separate bedrooms / even a split up because the snoring was just too much to handle. We tried a few other products before this one and this one is amazing. It doesn’t work 100% but it sure does work almost all the time. Just every now and than he still snores through it. It holds the tongue so it doesn’t close up the breathing in the back of the throat causing snoring. His complaint using it is that it’s uncomfortable having something hood his tongue forward through the night. I noticed too that sometimes if he lays on his back that he breathes a bit heavier and almost tries to blow the device off, so the few times it doesn’t work, he, in his sleep, is trying to blow or push the device off. Other than his not enjoying how it feels while he sleeps and the occasional not working 100%, it’s pretty much saved our marriage and our ability to sleep together.

To help with my snoring, I have tried a bunch of similar products including cheaper devices as well as adjustable lower jaw forwarding devices. These either didnt work or were too uncomortable. This one was much more comfortable and effective from the first night. I was initially hesitant because of the high price but I think given how well it works its a great buy. I would previously remove other devices in my sleep because they would be too uncomfortable - havent felt the need to with this one.

Ultimately this product wasn't successful to stop my snoring, however they are true to their word and will provide a refund if it doesn't work. It was painless to get that refund, a single email and it was done. It takes getting used to, start with the lowest adjustment size and increase it every 3-4 days by a single notch. After a week the discomfort was basically gone for me. You have nothing to lose by just trying this product to see if it works for you. It may not work for everyone, but give it a try!

I like the convenience and ease of fitting. I boiled it twice to get the gel to fit better and that worked. My long term device from the Doctor needed two months for labs to create, so this got me through that period. Easy to clean. The main drawback is overall size in my mouth and being able to close my lips. That was the main reason for the second boil, to get my front teeth closer to the front of the overall device. This may become the device i use when backpacking, traveling, etc.

This is the first snore guard that I've used that actually worked and I've tried many. I've tried breathing strips, chin straps, other devices, not sleeping on my back, white noise machines, etc. and the device is the first anti-snore device that I've used that stopped snoring. I am a loud snorer and my wife said I don't snore at all using this device. It is important to note that this keeps your mouth open all night, so it left me dehydrated. I switched to dry mouth toothpaste and now there's no issue. Highly recommend, their return policy seems on point if it doesn't work for you.

Some of the complaints for this item are legitimate. Yes, you will drool, yes, your teeth will be a little sore the first few days, HOWEVER. This device is amazing. I used to wake up constantly from snoring and not being able to breathe thru my mouth because the device I had blocked me from breathing. This is no longer a problem. The item has holes in the middle which allows me to breathe both thru my mouth and nose. I no longer snore nearly as much as before AND I am getting a great nights sleep. 5 stars+ There was a delivery problem so I went to a local pharmacy and bought one and so glad I pursued this brand.

I track my snoring with a well known app. My score went from at 36 to a 5 the first night. I recently had a sleep study done and was prescribed a CPap. I just couldn't deal with that mask banded to my face. I've tried another product for a similar price that was not adjustable and it did not work. I think the key with this one is the adjustability. This is by no means comfortable in my mouth and my teeth are sore when I take it out. But if it means I don't have to wear a hockey mask to sleep and my wife doesn't pummel me during the night for snoring, it's a no-brainer compromise.

After months of excruciating fatigue, I was finally diagnosed with moderate (borderline severe) obstructive sleep apnea. I was then prescribed an APAP that I learned would cost me $952 out of pocket with insurance. I began looking for other more affordable solutions, and was pleased to find this product. Despite the warnings about potential jaw/teeth pain, I immediately adjusted the setting to have the maximum underbite possible. I was well rested the following morning with virtually no pain to speak of. I’ve been successfully using mine for about a week now with great results. I literally cannot sleep without it. Super grateful! Update: About a year later, I discovered my health insurance did in fact cover a “dental appliance” considered “durable medical equipment”, so I was fitted for a custom set for $0. It’s worked perfect, and has required no replacement or repair.

I have only used this 2 nights and still getting used to it but I have slept better in the last 2 nights than I have for along time. I record my sleep and this device worked to eliminate almost all my snoring and I am getting more REM sleep too!

I have OSA and had to use a machine at night. The CPAP machine was not working properly. The company sent me another one and it did not work again. I was desperate to find a product. I checked on line and I purchased this device. I called to ask several questions and was very happy to get answers. This company offers a 30 days trial so there was nothing to lose. I tried it and will not return it. It is very comfortable and easy to put in. I do not get dry moth or eyes as with the CPAP. I can toss and turn without problems. I am sleeping all night and having dreams. I do not get sleepy while working as I did in the past. This means I am achieving a good night sleep. Thank you for designing this great product.

Getting a bit desparate to find a solution and did a lot of research to find something, anything that might help even a little. This was easy to mold to my teeth and did the trick on the very first try! No snoring at all. I've been wearing it about a month now and only had a few nights where I still managed to snore a bit. And those times were much less severe and not as long. Both me and my wife have had the best sleep we've had in ages...and shows in our FitBit reports too. I can see how it might not be for everyone though. It's not exactly a 'natural' fit, especially at first. It takes some getting used to. For me, it's not uncomfortable but does feel weird. After my first night using the device my wife was ecstatic -- no snoring at all... Been pretty much that way for the month or so I've been using it. A few nights there was some slight discomfort due to one place on my lower right gums being sore. This went away over time. Often when I wake up in the middle of night I find that my tongue is not "captured" by the forward part of the device -- however, it still keeps me from snoring. Both my wife and I have been extremely pleased. I only gave it a 3 out of 5 for "value for money" because I read here that there are other similar devices which sell for a much lower price.

As an anti snoring device, this is the best that I've tried.. I have used this device successfully for over 3 years. No anti snoring device is comfortable immediately, but I was sleeping comfortably in about 4 days. Once you get the tongue suction degree down pat, you can control any drooling as well. This anti-snoring device is soft, pliable, more discreet in its appearance and reasonably priced for what you get..........a peaceful night's sleep. It also travels well. I even keep an extra in my purse in case of an unexpected over night somewhere. I definitely recommend this product.

After doing a sleep study and eliminating other issues, I was told that my snoring was likely due to my tongue falling back in my mouth during sleep. This product was given to me by my brother a few years ago because he had similar snoring issues. My wife said that it immediately helped her sleep better due to my snoring mostly stopping. In addition, I find that it eliminates "dry mouth" for me so I use it often times when my wife is gone. The only reason for the 4 stars vs. 5 stars is the expensive pricing model for a piece of silicon.

I have had trouble with cpap and dental devices for my insomnia/apnea issues so now I am trying tongue stabilizers as my tongue closes off my breathing passageway when I am asleep. This device is far more comfortable and I can get to sleep with this one as opposed to the $6-7 tongue stabilizer.
